Methods of payment

You can pay with money held in your PayPal account balance or use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account.

Do I get an order summary?

Yes! When you placed an order you get directly an order summary by email.

Shipping costs

€0,00 till €49,00 = € 4,-

€50,00 till €99,00 = € 6,-

€100,00 and higher = € 0,-

Please note, when we deliver products outside Europe it’s possible you have to pay import duties. We are not responsible for those costs.

Delivery

Quickly, around 3-5 working days. Outside the Netherlands it will take a few days longer. We deliver products overseas.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, simply contact us. Products from NO ONO can be exchanged or returned after written confirmation (i.e. by letter or email) within 14 days of receipt. Within this time-period you can send back unworn and unwashed products and we will send you another product with no further costs (if the price of the products are the same) or reimburse your money.

Please note, if you like to return a product (unworn and unwashed) we only reimburse the price of the product, the shipping costs will be abstracted from the total amount that was paid.

If the ordered product contains production defects, we will take back the product. If the defect is in any way caused by NO ONO we will reimburse all your money or send you a new product with no further costs. We are very fair.

Cancel an order

You can cancel a new order, as long as it has not already been processed by us. Let us know it directly by mail. It’s not possible to reimburse your money when the order is already has been shipped.

No longer on stock

We produces exclusive t-shirts by hand. It’s possible a ‘restock’ will come, but in most cases; SOLD OUT = SOLD OUT.

Tshirts

Classic-cut t-shirt with a robust material weight of 185g/m², double stitched, made from 100% cotton.

Size guide

Our t-shirt are normal fitting. Use our ‘NO ONO - Size Guide’ to select your size correctly.

Printing technique

The print is sprayed directly onto the apparel. This printing technique is optimal for the "vintage" look.

Care instructions

• Washing inside-out at maximum 30˚C.

• Do not dry clean.

• Do not tumble dry.

• Ironing also inside-out, at medium heat.

• Avoid ironing shirts with multiple designs to prevent from sticking together
